Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology.
• Assists management with supervision and coaching of associates in the assigned area.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandise presentation, stocking, signage, and pricing per company policies.
• Monitors product quality, safety, and cleanliness and ensures compliance with store procedures.
