Job summary

Sam's Club in Owasso, OK is seeking a hands-on associate to deliver exceptional member service and support self-service technology. You will supervise team members, stock and present merchandise, and ensure safety and policy compliance across the sales floor.

The role includes assisting with purchasing decisions, promoting products, and coordinating club pick-up orders. A minimum of 6 months in retail and customer service is required, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Leading a team or supervising others is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Supervise associates in area by assigning duties, training, giving feedback, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies; maintain sales floor and price tagging.
• Maintain safety, conduct safety sweeps, forklift procedures, and handle hazardous materials per guidelines.
• Ensure product presentation, signage, rotation, recalls, and sanitation standards.
• Oversee club pick-up order picking and staging.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs with management and staff.
