Sam's Club Willow Grove is seeking a full-time team member to deliver excellent member service, explain self-service options, and assist customers with purchases. Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding purchases and promoting products and services.
• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, training and coaching.
• Receive and stock supplies, merchandise and maintain the sales floor with proper displays.
• Ensure safety and compliance through safety sweeps, forklift procedures and hazard reporting.
• Oversee club pickup orders, merchandising, and staging of products.
• Collaborate with managers and coworkers to meet business needs and drive improvements.
• Uphold Open Door Policy and ethical standards in daily operations.
