Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding purchases and assisting with self-checkout technology.
• Assist management with supervising associates in assigned area, including assigning duties, training and evaluating performance.
• Receive and stock supplies, maintain the sales floor through merchandising and documentation.
• Maintain safety and compliance, conduct safety sweeps, manage claims and returns, and ensure product rotation and cleanliness.
