Qualifications

• Experience managing and coaching a team.
• Understanding merchandising and retail operations.

• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory controls: Zero Balance, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, Cross Channel Returns, Reserve online pick up in store.
• Unload trucks, sort, stock, and maintain stock levels.
• Execute Weekly Planograms and seasonal promo merchandising changeovers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and present solutions.
• Maintain an inviting store environment and assist with front-end tasks.
• Provide store leadership when scheduled as Manager on Duty.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
