Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Oversee adherence to policies and standards, ensuring shop floor readiness and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
