Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs adherence.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Execute and maintain in-stock optimization routines.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory control, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store conditions and customer service.
