Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and company programs.
• Lead truck execution and ensure on-floor stock readiness.
• Own workload planning and staffing alignment with store leadership.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory control, pricing accuracy, and shelf presentation.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN processes.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
