Responsibilities

• Lead store merchandising and operational execution, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to drive in-store presentation.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Manage pricing changes and ad/promotional execution to ensure pricing integrity and customer focus.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping accuracy; manage RTVs and ASN receiving.
