Marshalls in Springfield, VA is seeking a customer-focused store associate to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will engage with customers, ring purchases and returns, maintain clean and organized spaces, and contribute to a positive store culture.

You will promote credit/loyalty programs, support safety and loss-prevention efforts, and be flexible to work across different store areas as needed. Prior retail experience is a plus.
