You will engage with shoppers, maintain clean, organized spaces, and support daily operations to help the store run smoothly. Key responsibilities include assisting customers, processing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, stocking merchandise, and maintaining safety and loss prevention standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail customer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a highly satisfying customer experience and maintain store standards.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash tasks.
• Promote credit cards and loyalty programs to customers.
• Prepare and stock merchandise for the sales floor.
• Assist with store recovery and housekeeping as needed.
• Follow safety, labor, and loss prevention procedures.
