Job summary

Marshalls in United States is seeking a store associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean store, and support merchandising and loss-prevention standards.

Responsibilities include ringing purchases, promoting loyalty programs, and assisting in store recovery. The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.

• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness.
• Supports safety, loss prevention, and labor policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
