Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and team members
• Assist in operating procedures for ringing purchases/returns and handling cash
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Support store recovery and safety initiatives
• Assist in loss prevention and compliance with labor laws and policies
• Collaborate with team to meet daily store needs
• Other duties as assigned
