Responsibilities

• Models best-in-class customer experience with customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash per procedures.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Supports store recovery and keeps the store clean and organized.
• Follows labor, policy, and loss-prevention guidelines.
• Participates in safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
