Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Upholds merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
