Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring a Store Associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You’ll support operations across departments, promote credit and loyalty programs, and help shrink reduction and safety initiatives while working a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows procedures and standards.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports store initiatives.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned
