Responsibilities

• Provide a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles.

• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Support loss prevention and safety standards across the store.
• Assist in store recovery and merchandise preparation as needed.
• Follow labor laws and company policies; contribute to a positive store culture.
