Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven merchandiser to ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will work hands-on in stores to replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and reflect the brand identity.

As an Independent Contractor, you’ll develop merchandising strategies, execute planograms, and report store visits using a Winston App on a smartphone.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• Keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company/store standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos and feedback via Winston App.
