Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven merchandiser to stock floors, organize displays, and maintain presentation standards across stores. You will replenish inventory, ensure planograms, and help create an engaging shopping experience reflecting the brand identity.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with store standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement for apparel and hardlines.
• Communicate merchandising needs with team and store management.
• Work independently and with others across different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to complete visits and deliverables on time.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos using the Winston App.
