You will replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and create a seamless shopping experience reflecting the brand identity.

The role involves executing planograms, reporting via the Winston App on a smartphone, and coordinating monthly store visits with project-based hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives essential.
• Strong eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with store standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales.
• Communicate merchandising needs with team and store management.
• Work independently and in teams across different store settings.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos via Winston App.
