Job summary

Winston Retail seeks a passionate, detail-driven Retail Merchandiser to stock and organize the sales floor, maintain product presentation, and create an engaging shopping experience reflecting the brand identity. You will work hands-on in stores to replenish inventory and ensure standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company/store standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales across apparel and hardlines.
• Communicate merchandising needs with team members and store management.
• Work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and deliverables meet deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos and feedback via the Winston App.
