Job summary

Winston Retail is hiring a Retail Merchandiser to work as an Independent Contractor. You will ensure stores are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing, replenishing inventory and maintaining product presentation standards. You will perform in-store visits, create a seamless shopping experience reflecting the brand, and report insights through the Winston App on a smartphone.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for shifts, and travel between stores. sno

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives essential.
• Keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales.
• Communicate merchandising needs with store management and team members.
• Work independently and as part of a team across different stores.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure visits and deliverables meet deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos and feedback via the Winston App.
