Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking motivated, detail-oriented retail professionals to support stores and lead project-based merchandising initiatives. As a Retail Support Merchandiser, you will stock, display, and refresh products while ensuring brand standards and compelling in-store presentation.

This independent contractor position offers a competitive hourly rate ($16-$18), variable hours, and the opportunity to collaborate with store teams across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout stores.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; up to 50 lbs with assistance; up to 100 lbs with help.
• Comfortable using smartphones for reporting.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.
• Planogram experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and feedback, using mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to meet deadlines.
• Maintain quality, professionalism, and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
