Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking individuals to provide in-store merchandising support, build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while ensuring a high level of customer service.

You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have 1–2 years of merchandising experience along with leadership or training capabilities.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
