Job summary

SAS Retail Services in Shawano, WI is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and ensuring product rotation. You will track inventory and help maximize sales opportunities while working with a friendly team.

You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires, and enjoy opportunities for growth with a supportive employer. No nights or holidays are required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
