Job summary

SAS Retail Services in Wisconsin is hiring for an in-store merchandising role. You will support retailers by building displays, end caps, and rotating stock while tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience required as training is provided; additional hours may be available on request.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• 18 years of age or older and reliable transportation.

In this role, you will provide the following:

• In-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, as well as onboarding new hires.

Now, about you

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Have experience leading and training people.
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
