Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking team members to support in-store merchandising across multiple retailers. You will build displays and end caps, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while gaining experience and growth opportunities within a large services network.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience helpful but not required.
• Experience with leading and training teammates preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. In addition, you will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, as well as onboarding new hires.

About you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
