Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in the United States is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations under the guidance of the Market Sales Manager.

You will build rapport with store personnel, educate customers on brand features, and execute projects and displays with accuracy while maintaining confidentiality and following company policies. A flexible schedule, physical requirements, and a driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store personnel and management daily.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Execute tasks, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and sales opportunities.
