Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations across assigned locations. Under the Market Sales Manager, you will communicate with the Territory Sales Lead daily and ensure accurate execution of tasks, displays, and project timelines.

You will build rapport with store staff, educate on brand features, and monitor quality to exceed client expectations. Flexibility with schedule and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 35 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for travel to additional locations

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on features of client brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy by following instructions.
• Maintain quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute assigned projects maintaining account aesthetics.
