Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to drive in-store execution and retail standards. You will build rapport with store personnel, educate staff on product lines, and execute displays and projects with precision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle frequent lifting.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of client brands.
• Execute all tasks, resets, displays with accuracy following instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandising and execution of projects to maintain account aesthetics.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
