Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute in-store standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations across assigned locations. Under supervision of the Market Sales Manager, daily communication with the Territory Sales Lead is essential to optimize opportunities and resolve barriers.

Responsibilities include building rapport with store staff, educating on client brands, and executing projects with accuracy while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance to 100 lbs
• Must have a valid driver's license for travel to additional locations

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy following provided instructions
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations
• Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy
• Report daily activities and sales opportunities to Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager
• Use handheld device functions confidently and maintain confidentiality of information
