Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. You will work under supervision with daily contact to the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager, while performing merchandising tasks and customer education.

The role emphasizes strong communication, accuracy in displays, and adherence to company policies. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required, with travel to additional locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting, up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends
• Valid driver’s license required for travel to other locations
• Access to computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail

Responsabilités

• Build rapport with store associates and management
• Educate customers on features and benefits of client brands
• Execute merchandising tasks, displays, and projects with accuracy
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations
• Communicate daily activities and sales opportunities to Territory Sales Lead
• Understand and follow company policies and handheld device functions
