Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display products across San Diego County. You will travel to stores, move products with pallet jacks, and document execution using company systems. A reliable vehicle and clean DMV record are required, along with the ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.

This full-time role offers overtime, monthly car and mileage reimbursement, and a path into leadership roles with paid training and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet state minimum age requirements.
• Must have reliable personal automobile transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift, push and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, rotate, and maintain products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos to document execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

• Shifts:Early morning start times between 4am–6am
• Pay: $24.00 per hour + overtime + monthly car and mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
