Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a full-time merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products at grocery stores and beverage outlets across the East Bay area. Expect early shifts starting around 5:00am, with weekends included, and travel between accounts on assigned routes.

You will transport products using manual equipment, utilize company systems for routing and documentation, and participate in paid training with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet minimum state age requirements.
• Reliable personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and adequate auto insurance.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 25–50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Shift:Full-time with a 5:00am - 6:00am start time
• Schedule:Five days per week: includes weekends

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
