Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Merchandiser to stock and rotate beverage products at grocery stores and other outlets across the East Bay, including Hayward. The role starts early, travels through assigned routes, and uses company systems to ensure accurate merchandising execution.

You will lift products, set displays, and collaborate with store personnel to maintain optimal shelf presence. Training and advancement opportunities in sales or delivery are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and meet minimum state age requirements.
• Requires valid driver''s license and a reliable auto insurance with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products in accounts along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos of displays/backstock to document execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Execute any other projects or duties as assigned.

• Shift:Full-time with a 5:00am - 6:00am start time
• Schedule:Five days per week: includes weekends
• Pay:$24.50 per hour + Overtime

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
