Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field merchandising associate to support grocery and retail beverage outlets across San Diego County. The role requires early morning starts, five days a week, including weekends, with travel along assigned routes to stock, display and rotate products.

The position offers a $24.00 per hour base pay plus overtime and monthly car and mileage reimbursement, with opportunities for growth into Sales, Delivery, Warehouse and leadership roles and a comprehensive

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores to stock, display and rotate products along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products for inventory.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
