Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display products at grocery stores and beverage outlets across Orange County. You will drive your own vehicle, follow schedules, and work 5 days per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating, and merchandising products, using pallet jacks, and recording activity in company systems. The role requires lifting 25–50 pounds and a valid drivers license.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or legal minimum age
• Reliable personal automobile transportation required
• Must have a valid drivers license and auto insurance meeting company/state requirements
• Ability to lift/push/pull 25–50 pounds regularly
• 0–6 months of general work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, rotate, and display products in accounts along routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to ensure inventory accuracy and product freshness
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

• Pay: $24/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule: 5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift: Start times as early as 4am - 6am; working an average of 8-12 hours per day
• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets throughout Orange County

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
