Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based merchandiser in California to stock and rotate products at grocery stores and beverage outlets along assigned routes. Start shifts typically begin between 4am and 6am, with long days and overtime potential, and you will drive your own vehicle with mileage and monthly car reimbursements.

Responsibilities include stock placement, product movement with pallet jacks, documenting execution in our systems, and maintaining backstock areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old or meet state minimum age requirements.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products in accounts along routes.
• Move product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Pay: $24/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule:5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift: Start times as early as 4am - 6am; working an average of 8-12 hours per day
• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
