Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field merchandising associate to stock, display and rotate products at grocery stores and beverage outlets across Marin County. You will start early with routes that support the company’s brands and ensure accurate merchandising execution.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid license, and physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement within sales or delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old or meet state minimum age requirements.
• Must have reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.
• Preferred: High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products on routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock to support inventory levels and product freshness.

• Shift: 5 days a week with a 5:00am – 6:00am start time; including weekends
• Pay:$24.00 per hour + Overtime

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
