You will ensure accurate pricing and timely promotions while maintaining a customer-ready store through strong workload planning. With 3+ years of retail leadership, you will lead SOP adherence, ship-from-store processes, and in-stock optimization, coaching the team to meet performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of store merchandising and inventory control.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs for compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards; hold team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, sorting, and merchandise flow to the floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and pricing changes.
• Oversee ship-from-store fulfillment, RTVs, and ASN receiving.
