Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure policies and standards are followed; hold team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage; maintain floor leadership and service.
• Lead truck execution: unloading, sorting and floor flow.
• Plan workload and daily tasks with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control and stock movement accuracy.
• Execute ad sets, signage, pricing changes; ensure compliance.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Manage damages procedures; shrink reduction efforts.
• Train and develop team members; support asset protection.
