Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Mason, OH is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution. You will lead truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram sets while upholding visual standards and pricing integrity.

You will provide MOD coverage, coach staff, and partner with leadership to ensure in-stock levels, promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment. Nights, weekends, early mornings may be required.

Qualifications

3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs.
Oversee truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
Manage store in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
Execute planogram (POG) sets accurately and on schedule.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation to company expectations.
Support backroom organization, store cleanliness, and customer-ready environment.
Oversee price changes and pricing integrity across floor and systems.
Perform Ship from Store fulfillment, including order picking, packing and shipping.
Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation and adjustments.
Support asset protection and shrink reduction through awareness and safe operations.
