Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, store policy execution, MOD coverage, and Ship from Store fulfillment.

Qualifications

3+ years retail leadership experience.
Ability to manage SOPs and Company programs.
Strong workload planning and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
Ensure policy execution and store conditions meet standards.
Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
Lead truck execution, unloading, and merchandise flow to sales floor.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
Manage in-stock levels through SISO routines and replenishment accuracy.
Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
Support backroom organization and customer-ready store environment.
Manage inventory accuracy and stock movement; process ad sets and price changes.
Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
Handle store damages procedures and shrink reduction; mentor staff.
