Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Virginia, MN is hiring for a role focused on receiving and merchandising.

You’ll work with a team to ensure efficient processing of merchandise, deliver an excellent customer experience, and maintain clean, organized stores. You will train and mentor Associates, tag and code merchandise, coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty, and support store priorities while upholding safety and labor policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise.
• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise and manage backroom inventory.
