Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Organize truck deliveries and stock flow.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Tag, hang, code merchandise properly.
• Communicate with Coordinator on Duty for flow of goods.
• Uphold signage standards and backroom organization.
• Support safety and labor law adherence.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Participate in shrink reduction goals.
