Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries Rehabilitation Center, Inc. is seeking a Retail Merchandise Processor at Beechmont to support store operations in Cincinnati.

The role involves receiving, sorting, pricing, and processing donated merchandise for display and sale, working with production and retail teams in a high-energy environment. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to guidelines, and delivering friendly customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum six months of previous work experience or equivalent.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process merchandise from containers for sale on the floor.
• Roll merchandise and stock it on sales floor.
• Record and monitor donations accurately and timely.
• Stay aware of brand names and current/vintage styles.
• Sort apparel into boutique/Ecommerce, sellable, and salvage categories.
• Place items on hangers and transport to sales floor.
• Maintain a pace to meet daily quota for pieces processed.
• Price and roll merchandise to appropriate areas in an organized manner.
• Follow safety and security practices and report hazards.
