Job summary

Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries in Batesville is seeking a Retail Merchandise Processor to support receiving, sorting, pricing, and processing donated merchandise for store display. You will work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 35 pounds, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while delivering friendly, engaging service to donors and customers.

The role requires at least six months of prior work experience, the ability to follow directions in English, and a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Six months of previous work experience or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow directions well and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to all customers.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process donated merchandise for display according to guidelines.
• Price, stock, and roll merchandise to the sales floor.
• Accurately and timely record and monitor donations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment and comply with safety practices.
• Communicate Goodwill’s mission to donors and customers.
