Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Six months of prior work experience or equivalent educational/vocational experience.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process donated merchandise for sales floors.
• Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Record and monitor donations accurately.
• Identify brand names, designers, and current/vintage styles.
• Categorize apparel for boutique/Ecommerce/sellable/salvage.
• Ensure items are hung and displayed in organized areas.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and orderly production areas.
• Provide friendly, engaging donor/customer interactions.
• Participate in store meetings and trainings.
• Adhere to supervisor’s schedule and store policies.
