Goodwill of Monocacy Valley in Middletown, MD is seeking a Store Associate to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will process donated merchandise for sale, including pricing and tagging, and help the store meet its turnover goals.

Ideal candidates read English proficiently, are at least 18, and can pass a background check. The role requires standing, lifting, and working in a fast-paced environment with attention to safety and company policies.

Formación

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Meets minimum quota, item per Gaylord, and sell thru set for assigned department.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property and reports theft, pre-selection, and misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation per standards.
• Stocks merchandise in appropriate area as assigned.
• Follows safety rules and uses safety equipment; reports hazards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment daily.
