Goodwill of Monocacy Valley is seeking a team-oriented associate to lead an excellent customer and brand experience at our Frederick, MD location. You will process donated merchandise for sale, price and ticket items, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires English proficiency, ability to lift and work in a fast-paced setting, and adherence to safety standards. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour, with benefits and total rewards offered after onboarding.

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meets minimum quota.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
• Follows safety rules and uses safety equipment.
• Works in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment; ability to lift and move items.
